History may record that the second American civil war began over a Dog meme

I’ll be honest, this is a topic I generally avoid because it really has been beat to death by moron pundits and influencers. Furthermore I just don’t like talking about it much as in general as I believe a hot civil war to be highly unlikely as an event. However I really feel that the odds on this happening has changed drastically recently as we’ve reached a very dangerous moment in our country. In fact if “civil war” were to ever actually happen again, it would likely in my opinion happen in the near future.

The reason I say that if another civil war were to ever happen again that this moment is likely the moment is because what is currently happening is an existential crisis for the left. For the left recent developments is the moment of the dinosaurs watching the meteor burn into the atmosphere in the sky just before impact. The destruction of their grifts in USAID and the CFPB is a heavy blow for the left and If President Trump’s and Elon’s purge of the left’s funding grifts within the US budget continue apace this will be an extinction level event for the international left as it currently exists today. The truth of the matter is that the US budget is such a labyrinthian mess that there’s just no telling how many carve outs they’ve made within it for themselves to fund their movement and projects. There’s been decades of multi-thousand page “omnibus spending bills” for them to hide their grifts in now. We’re just now starting to see the consequences of the shutdown of USAID, just one of their funding apparatuses, all over the world. For example it’s been revealed that all but a couple of the “independent” journalism outlets in Ukraine were funded by USAID. Just imagine living in a country where every bit of media you see, read or hear was directed by the US government. Yes, there’s a heavy amount of sarcasm in that statement. Furthermore recently I read that the inflow of “refugees” into Ireland was recently stopped cold in its tracks because the “non-government organizations” that were directing, organizing and funding the invasion of Ireland had their funding cut off with the closing of USAID. I’m sure as the weeks go on and budgets run dry we’ll see an ever larger cascade of consequences of the shutting down of these grifts programs the left setup to fund its power and reward its friends all over the world. Just remember, these are still the small agencies. They’ve managed to protect their grifts in treasury for now. We have no idea what kind of mess we’re going to find in the pentagon. At this point it’s not hyperbole to say, actually it’s probably a pretty safe and reasonable assumption, that as it currently exists the entire budget of the US government is likely structured to fund globalism and the international leftism movement. When you understand that, when you truly absorb that realization and let it sink in, you can begin to see the stakes for the left and just how damaging and dangerous DOGE is for them.

It’s important to understand the leading cause of civil wars. Civil wars don’t happen because of wealth inequality, poor living conditions or dissatisfaction in the general populace. In fact there’s plenty of countries in this world where all those conditions exist and there’s likely never going to be a revolution or civil war in those countries. Revolutions and civil wars don’t start at the grass roots. They’re expensive and require a lot of logistics and organization. They require military leaders and educated men to guide them. They require diplomats willing to forge international relationships and bring in foreign support. When Civil wars happen is when a nation’s “elites” Factionalize and split and begin fighting for control over the government. In 2016 our nation’s elites declared war on Donald Trump and the “elites” that supported him and helped him to win the election. They prosecuted that war all the way until January 20th 2025 when he was sworn back into office. They bankrupted them, tried to imprison them and in some cases tried to kill them. In some cases there’s “blue” states still trying to prosecute the “elites” that support President Trump. The left made it very clear that they were going to make an example of them and Trump’s supporters within the normal population. When Donald Trump was sworn in as president the elites who’d supported him and absorbed years of attacks for doing so finally struck back with DOGE and it’s opening attack has been utterly devastating the left’s finances. As this attack continues it will likely begin claiming scalps with prosecutions as well. The permanent state that makes up the base of support for the international left just couldn’t imagine that four teenage tech nerds, one of them going by “BIG BALLS”, could in an afternoon using advanced AI lay bare their entire dark network of dirty funding and figure out exactly where to attack it. The “department of government efficiency” that they’d mocked all the way up until Inauguration Day turned out to be more destructive and more effective than the tons of precision ordnance dropped in the shock and awe campaign of the Iraq invasion. Furthermore they had no real answer to it. Their usual stall tactics and bureaucracy was steam rolled. Their performative and theatrical “protests” were ignored. When they cried that “BIG BALLS” was a racist, they were mocked and laughed at. Even court orders will likely only stall the inevitable.

Think for a moment, you’re a leftist elite, a true believer in globalism and international leftism and you’ve dedicated your life and all your talent and considerable resources to the cause. Being a part of the cause has brought you considerable benefit financially and made you a powerful and important person. Now your funding base is under attack. Your power is under attack. You’re being systemically locked out of the US government. You’re waiting for your dirty laundry to be put before a prosecutor and leaked to the “alternative media” that you don’t control. As each day drags on your movement is in danger of losing more funding, more followers and support as more of that dirty laundry is revealed to the rubes who’ve supported you. You don’t have many options at this point. Do you make some kind of compromise with the “fascists” to share power? Do you go quietly into that night and wait for the inevitable raid of your home and arrest? Do you roll over, abandon your life’s work and cooperate with the new government to save your own ass? Or do you escalate? Do you decide to go all in and possibly save your own ass and possibly save your life’s work and decide that it’s time to take this fight to the streets?

When you consider it from that point of view the increasingly bellicose and violent rhetoric of the left’s mouthpieces begins to make perfect sense. The decision, on the part of the left, has already been made. They made that decision long ago. The idea that the left would make some kind of compromise agreement is laughable. The time to have done that would have been in 2016. They declared war in 2016. It was only the “right” who thought the old rules still existed and everything was regular electoral politics, that they weren’t at war. Much of the work to militarize the left’s base and create a clear and definitive dividing line between “us and them” within the population has already been done over the last several years. Lefties have been breaking up their families over “politics” for years now. Wives leaving husbands, kids abandoning parents, parents, brothers and sisters disowning blood relatives, is all common now. Now they just need to arm and organize their supporters and figure out what military forces they can pull away from the legitimate government. They need to hash out what military commanders are loyal to them, or can be bought and what resources those commands control. What state governments they can control and use as a base of support for their faction. What funds and resources are available to them that they can marshal towards their goals. What leftist foreign governments they can count on for support. This is a logistics and social engineering problem now and many of the left’s devotees within the “intelligence community” and “NGO’s” have been overthrowing governments all over the world for their cause for decades now figuring out the simple, though certainly not easy, arithmetic of these logistics and social engineering problems. This is something they have plenty of experience in and have at least partially brought these techniques home after 2016.

it’s safe to say given their options I don’t believe the left is going to respect the outcome of a legitimate election and the popular will of we the people in that election. They may have sat back and just waited out another term of President Trump If they thought they could just build a firewall of impeachments, bureaucratic, judicial and legal red tape around him again to mire him down and prevent him from damaging their system. They may have just waited out another Trump term, if not for DOGE upending and destroying the grift networks they’ve spend decades building. But President Trump and the “elites” that support him are smart enough to realize the stakes for them after the 2020 election and the multiple attempts to kill them, imprison them and bankrupt them since then. They realize this is existential for them as well and that when it’s all said done history is going to record that there was a clear victor and the loser was evil and ceased to exist. Hence DOGE. If there’s another kinetic American civil war it’s very likely history will record it started because of DOGE.
